Replies to Inquiries
Email is usually answered on the day it is received. Sometimes I make myself take the weekend off and will answer messages on Monday. If you have a complicated question, I may take time to think about it before I reply.

Office Hours
Terrell Designs is located in the metro-Denver area of Colorado in the United States and is in the Mountain Standard Time zone. Our regular office hours are 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday. If the only time you can call is outside these hours, you can sometimes catch me still working in the evening or on weekends. If no one answers, leave a message and you'll hear back shortly.

Come and visit
You are welcome to visit my Studio. I love to show off my shades and wall hangings. You can also pick up hardware orders if your are passing through. Do call ahead to set up a time for your visit and to give me time to count out your lift rings and cut your rods!
